The Main Wheel Assembly (MWA) is manufactured to be suitable for tubeless-type tire installation and is provided of an adequate safety device, the Burst Plug (BP), which prevents the tire from bursting in case of an overpressure inflation occurs.

The rotation of the wheel on the axle is allowed by the central system of bearings.

Two bearings are installed in each wheel assy.

In the central bearing hub, the grease will remain trapped to keep the bearings properly lubricated during operation by means of a grease container installed between the bearings and grease container seals outside the bearings.
