The Emergency Parking Brake Accumulator (EPBA) is an hydro-pneumatic device, piston separator type designed to contain pre-charged gas physically separated from the stored hydraulic fluid. 

The EPBA integrates a pressure transducer instead of a pressure gauge. On oil interface it includes a non return valve.
